Treat drivers like professionals and they deliver like professionals.
That's the whole company. Here's what it means in your week.
Paid for your time
Hourly, not cents per mile. Sitting at a dock, waiting on a trailer, stuck in weather: the clock is running and you're paid. Most weeks run 60–65 hours, which is where the annual estimate comes from.
Paid for your safety mindset
Safety and performance bonuses. The owner's words: "We believe you should get paid for your performance and your safety mindset."
Home Thursday to Sunday
You leave Sunday and you're back Thursday. Thursday, Friday and Saturday nights at home, every week, so your family can plan around it. Part-time and on-call drivers cover the other days. Leave your car at the yard while you're out.
